Update – July 29, 2026

Since this timeline was originally published, several significant developments have occurred.

After this chronology and the supporting documentary evidence were published, the attorney representing Bob Morales, Jerry Rizqallah, and Michigan Secure Capital Group amended the pending trademark application, changing the claimed first-use date from March 1, 2024 to “as early as March 1, 2024.”

This update has been added to ensure the historical record remains complete and reflects subsequent developments in the trademark proceeding. The chronology below documents the creation, development, publication, and continuous use of the Michigan Secure Capital Group name, branding, logo, and website by Viral Solutions LLC. The documented timeline, archived files, contemporaneous emails, website records, and source materials remain unchanged and continue to establish the sequence of events surrounding the creation and ownership of these branding assets.

Readers are encouraged to review the chronology below, examine the supporting documentation, and compare the documented timeline with the statements made in the pending trademark application.

The Michigan Secure Capital Group name, brand identity, and logo emerged through an extended development process beginning with the redesign of Michigan Secure in January 2024. The following record documents that evolution through contemporaneous emails, meeting records, design files, website archives, and other dated materials created during the course of Viral Solutions’ agency work. Together, these records establish the chronology of the brand’s development, including when the Michigan Secure Capital Group name was introduced, when the logo was created, and when each was first used publicly and in commerce.

Editorial Note Regarding Dates
This article is based on contemporaneous business records created during the ordinary course of the project, including design files, website records, email correspondence, Slack communications, domain registrations, WordPress media records, and other supporting documentation.

Certain dates presented in this public chronology have been intentionally generalized or redacted because related intellectual property matters remain active. The original records, including exact timestamps, have been preserved.

Where dates are available through independent public sources—including domain registration records, publicly accessible filings, and other verifiable public records—those dates have been presented as reflected in those records.
February 29th – March 11th, 2024

Final Company Name Communicated to Viral Solutions Team

Internal Slack communications document the first confirmed use of the complete company name:

Michigan Secure Capital Group

This marked the point at which branding, website development, and marketing materials began transitioning from the Michigan Secure identity to the Michigan Secure Capital Group identity.

Certain project dates have been intentionally generalized in this public chronology while related intellectual property proceedings remain active. Original contemporaneous records have been preserved.

March 6, 2024

Domain Registration and Brand Transition

The michigansecurecapitalgroup.com domain was purchased and registered by Viral Solutions.

With the company name finalized, Viral Solutions began adapting the existing Michigan Secure branding into the Michigan Secure Capital Group visual identity.

Rather than creating an entirely new brand, the established Michigan Secure design language served as the foundation for the MSCG identity.

March 2 – March 20, 2024

Michigan Secure Capital Group Brand Development and Logo Evolution

Following the decision to establish Michigan Secure Capital Group as a separate company, Viral Solutions began adapting the existing Michigan Secure visual identity to support the new brand.

Throughout this development period, the branding evolved as the company name, logo configuration, typography, and production assets were refined. Contemporaneous project records document multiple iterations of the logo, including early concepts using the working name Michigan Secure Capital, followed by revisions incorporating the finalized corporate name, updated typography, refined iconography, and production-ready artwork.

The completed branding package ultimately included:

  • Primary Michigan Secure Capital Group logo
  • Alternate logo configurations
  • Transparent PNG assets
  • Light and dark versions
  • Website graphics
  • Corporate color specifications
  • Brand style guidance
  • Production-ready marketing assets

During this period, finalized branding assets were delivered to Bob Morales through Slack and email and subsequently deployed to the Michigan Secure Capital Group website.

Supporting documentation includes:

  • Internal Slack communications
  • Email correspondence documenting logo revisions and deliveries
  • Website deployment records
  • WordPress media uploads
  • Original design files
  • Public domain registration records

Certain dates within this development period have been generalized in this public chronology. Original contemporaneous project records containing exact timestamps have been preserved.

March – Present Day 2026

Continuing Agency Services

Following delivery of the Michigan Secure Capital Group branding package and website launch, Viral Solutions continued providing ongoing marketing, technology, branding, and infrastructure services in support of the Michigan Secure Capital Group platform.

Work performed throughout the engagement included:

  • Website architecture and development
  • Landing pages
  • Marketing collateral
  • Investor presentations
  • Brand standards and style guidance
  • Google Workspace administration
  • Website hosting and server management
  • Domain administration
  • CRM integrations
  • Form systems
  • Email infrastructure
  • Search engine optimization (SEO)
  • Analytics and reporting
  • Ongoing website maintenance and enhancements

The representative invoices below illustrate the continuing agency relationship under which the Michigan Secure Capital Group branding, website, marketing materials, and related digital infrastructure were created, maintained, and expanded. Throughout this period, Viral Solutions continued performing agency services while preserving contemporaneous business records documenting the work performed.

Agency invoices continue to be issued. No written notice terminating agency services has been communicated by Michigan Secure Capital Group or its representatives. Viral Solutions’ position is that ongoing agency fees remain outstanding. While certain project-related expenses were periodically reimbursed, the parties continued operating under an ongoing business relationship for branding, marketing, technology, website development, and related professional services.

November 25, 2025

Requested Future Transfer of Website Administration

Approximately twenty months after Viral Solutions created and launched the Michigan Secure Capital Group branding and website, Bob Morales acknowledged that Viral Solutions remained responsible for the company’s marketing and digital infrastructure.

In his email, he wrote:

“You’re a vital cog in the MSCG wheel and marketing is going to be very busy moving forward…”

Bob Morales — November 25, 2025

He then proposed that only if Viral Solutions chose to leave the project, the websites and administrative information would need to be transferred to the technical team:

“If that information doesn’t suffice for you, and if you have made the decision to move on, then we need to make the move regarding the websites over to the tech team and all the necessary information that entails…”

Bob Morales — November 25, 2025

This correspondence demonstrates that, as of November 25, 2025, Michigan Secure Capital Group acknowledged that Viral Solutions continued administering the websites and related digital infrastructure. The proposed transfer was discussed only as a future event contingent upon Viral Solutions leaving the engagement.

  • Viral Solutions remained responsible for the websites and marketing operations.
  • Any transfer of website administration was being discussed as a future event, contingent upon Viral Solutions leaving the engagement.
  • The email discusses the transfer of administrative control and operational information, not ownership of the underlying intellectual property or creative assets.

The request itself reflects that the websites, branding assets, and associated systems were still being administered by Viral Solutions.

Formal Notice of Outstanding Agency Fees and Infrastructure Costs

Notice of Outstanding Agency Fees and Infrastructure Costs

By February 2026, Viral Solutions had continued managing the Michigan Secure Capital Group and related brands’ digital infrastructure for over two years while repeatedly requesting payment of outstanding agency fees, hosting expenses, and reimbursable costs. The February 11, 2026 correspondence represented another documented notice in an ongoing series of communications sent to CFO Jerry Rizqallah, President Bob Morales, and CEO Steve O’Brien concerning unpaid agency invoices, infrastructure costs, and the continued administration of the companies’ digital assets.

On February 11, 2026, another formal notice was sent to Lisa Moreno, Jerry Rizqallah, and Steve O’Brien documenting:

• outstanding hosting invoices;

• unpaid agency fees;

• continued management of the websites and digital infrastructure; and

• the operational risks created by continued non-payment.

The correspondence further documented that:

“For over two years, I have subsidized, managed, maintained, and grown these websites without agency compensation beyond what was required to keep hosting active…”

Christine Kelly — February 11, 2026

It also noted that ongoing requests for administrative access while agency invoices remained unpaid created operational and liability concerns.

Shortly after this correspondence, Lisa Moreno contacted Viral Solutions by telephone regarding the outstanding invoices and administration of the websites. Because that conversation occurred by telephone, it is not reproduced here. The documentary record that follows consists of the written correspondence exchanged before and after that discussion.

January 15, 2026

Shadow Domain Registered

A new domain, michigansecure.capital, was registered using privacy protection and hosted on Amazon Web Services.

The domain was not owned or administered by Viral Solutions. Its existence was not disclosed to Viral Solutions during the ongoing agency relationship.

Public ICANN records verify a registration date of January 15, 2026.

Late January 2026

Discovery of the MichiganSecure.capital Domain and Website

During routine monitoring of the Michigan Secure Capital Group online presence, Viral Solutions identified a separate website operating from michigansecure.capital, outside the infrastructure maintained by Viral Solutions.

The website initially incorporated branding elements, marketing copy, and creative materials developed by Viral Solutions during the agency engagement. Portions of the written content were later revised; however, the Michigan Secure Capital Group logo and related branding assets continue to appear on the site.

Michigan Secure Capital Group Trademark Application Filed

On March 6, 2026, an application was filed seeking federal trademark registration for the Michigan Secure Capital Group name and related branding.

Click to view filing

The application was filed after Viral Solutions had:

  • Created the Michigan Secure Capital Group brand identity;
  • Registered the michigansecurecapitalgroup.com domain;
  • Developed and delivered the branding package;
  • Deployed the logo and website assets;
  • Continued administering the Michigan Secure Capital Group digital infrastructure as part of the ongoing agency relationship; and
  • Filed copyright complaints asserting its rights under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) concerning the unauthorized online use of the Michigan Secure Capital Group branding and related creative assets.

At the time of the trademark filing, Viral Solutions’ position was that:

  • The Michigan Secure Capital Group branding, logo, website assets, and related creative works had been created by Viral Solutions during the course of an ongoing agency engagement;
  • Agency fees remained outstanding;
  • Viral Solutions had not assigned, transferred, or otherwise conveyed ownership of the agency-created intellectual property; and
  • No written assignment or other instrument transferring ownership of the branding or related creative assets had been executed by Viral Solutions.

The chronology and supporting documentation presented in this article are intended to document the development, deployment, and commercial use of the Michigan Secure Capital Group branding as reflected in contemporaneous project records.

March–May 2026

Communication with Trademark Counsel

Following the filing of the Michigan Secure Capital Group trademark application, Viral Solutions contacted the attorney of record representing the trademark applicant to advise that the branding and related creative assets were the subject of an ongoing intellectual property dispute.

The correspondence explained that Viral Solutions had created and developed the Michigan Secure Capital Group branding during the course of an ongoing agency engagement and maintained contemporaneous project records documenting:

  • The evolution of the Michigan Secure and Michigan Secure Capital Group brands;
  • Original design concepts and source files;
  • Website development and deployment;
  • Logo creation and production history;
  • Delivery of branding assets;
  • Domain registration;
  • Website administration;
  • Ongoing agency services and billing;
  • Copyright enforcement efforts under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA); and
  • The chronology documented throughout this article.

The correspondence further advised trademark counsel that, according to Viral Solutions’ business records:

  • Agency fees remained outstanding;
  • Viral Solutions had not assigned, transferred, or otherwise conveyed ownership of the agency-created branding, logo, website assets, or related creative works;
  • No written assignment of copyright or other intellectual property rights had been executed by Viral Solutions; and
  • Viral Solutions disputed any assertion that ownership of the agency-created intellectual property had been transferred.

Trademark counsel was requested to obtain from his client any documentation purporting to establish payment for, assignment of, or transfer of the disputed intellectual property.

Response from Trademark Counsel

Trademark counsel acknowledged receipt of the correspondence and advised that he would request supporting documentation from his client before determining what action, if any, would be appropriate.

Scope of the Initial Correspondence

The initial correspondence was intended to place trademark counsel on notice that Viral Solutions disputed the asserted ownership of the Michigan Secure Capital Group branding and maintained contemporaneous documentation supporting its position.

The correspondence intentionally did not include the complete evidentiary record maintained by Viral Solutions.

At that stage, Viral Solutions elected to preserve the original project documentation while requesting that trademark counsel first obtain from his client any documentation supporting the factual assertions contained in the trademark application, including documentation relating to:

  • creation of the branding;
  • first commercial use;
  • payment for the creative work;
  • assignment or transfer of intellectual property rights; and
  • ownership of the underlying creative assets.

The contemporaneous project records referenced throughout this article were retained and preserved pending the resolution of the dispute.

Continuing Intellectual Property Position

Following the correspondence with trademark counsel, Viral Solutions retained the complete contemporaneous project record relating to the creation and administration of the Michigan Secure Capital Group brand.

The documentation maintained by Viral Solutions includes, among other things:

  • project planning records;
  • domain registration history;
  • branding concepts and source files;
  • logo development and production files;
  • website development records;
  • deployment records;
  • marketing materials;
  • agency invoices;
  • correspondence regarding payment;
  • copyright enforcement records; and
  • other contemporaneous business documentation created during the agency relationship.

Viral Solutions’ position remains that the Michigan Secure Capital Group branding and related creative assets were created during an ongoing agency engagement and that ownership and any transfer of rights, if any, are determined by the governing agreements and applicable law.

The purpose of this article is to preserve the chronological development of those events and the contemporaneous business records associated with them.

Project Status

This article documents work performed by Viral Solutions during the development of the Michigan Secure, Michigan Secure Capital Group and other brands.

At the time of publication:

  • Monthly agency invoices dating back to October 2023 remain outstanding according to Viral Solutions’ business records.
  • Certain operating expenses were reimbursed separately during the engagement and were accounted for independently of agency fees.
  • Viral Solutions has retained the original project files and supporting documentation relating to the creation of the branding and associated creative assets.
  • No written assignment of copyright or other intellectual property rights relating to the creative works described in this article has been identified in Viral Solutions’ records.

Related Brand Development and Infrastructure Preservation

During the agency relationship, Viral Solutions developed branding, websites, marketing materials, and supporting digital infrastructure for numerous related organizations and business initiatives associated with the Michigan Secure Capital Group ecosystem. These included projects such as Spotlight Capital Holdings, GADMT (Global Agricultural Development Master Trust), Pompeii’s Proverbs, The Tuscan Wine Venture, and other affiliated initiatives.

As agency invoices, hosting costs, and infrastructure expenses remained unpaid, Viral Solutions was required to make difficult decisions regarding which systems could continue to be personally funded while continuing to support the ongoing agency relationship. Priority was given to websites and infrastructure supporting active business operations and those most likely to generate revenue. As a result, certain related websites—including Spotlight Capital Holdings and GADMT—were no longer maintained online after funding for their infrastructure ceased.

Although some websites are no longer publicly accessible, the branding, creative assets, website designs, source files, and contemporaneous project records relating to those projects have been preserved as part of this archive.

The following images represent a small sample of the branding, logo design, website graphics, and creative development undertaken by Viral Solutions during nearly three years of agency services. They illustrate only a portion of the work performed. Original project files, source artwork, and supporting documentation have been retained as part of the contemporaneous business record.

Viral Solutions’ position remains that the agency relationship has never been formally terminated and that outstanding agency fees, infrastructure costs, and intellectual property matters remain unresolved. Viral Solutions continues to preserve the contemporaneous business records associated with those engagements while working toward resolution of those outstanding obligations.
