File 013 | Design Record: Xyle Coin Concept Logo
- June 28, 2026
Original Design Date: January 30, 2025
This Xyle Coin logo concept was created by Christine Kelly of Viral Solutions on January 30, 2025, as part of the professional branding, marketing, and creative services provided to Michigan Secure Capital Group (MSCG Corp.).
During our engagement as MSCG Corp.’s marketing and branding agency, Viral Solutions developed original logos, brand identities, websites, user interfaces, presentations, investor materials, marketing collateral, digital assets, and other creative works supporting the company’s expanding ecosystem.
The Xyle Coin concept represents one of those original creative assets.
The attached email, dated January 30, 2025, documents the transmission of this concept to Robert Morales during the active development of the project. It serves as contemporaneous evidence establishing the chronology of the design, its creation, and its delivery as part of the agency’s work product.
This publication is intended to preserve the historical record of the design, establish a documented timeline of authorship and development, and create a publicly accessible record of the artwork should future questions arise regarding authorship, ownership, provenance, or substantially similar branding or trademark claims.
This publication does not seek to restrict legitimate independent creative work by others. Its purpose is to accurately document when this design was created, by whom it was created, and when it was first transmitted as part of the MSCG Corp. branding initiative.
Design Record and Supporting Documentation
Viral Solutions has retained the original project documentation supporting the creation and development of this design.
The archived records include, but are not limited to:
- Original concept artwork and design development history.
- AI-assisted concept generation and design iterations.
- Working project files and exported production assets.
- Contemporaneous email correspondence documenting review, approval, and delivery.
- Project timelines and revision history.
- Website and branding development records.
- Original image metadata where available.
- Additional documentation establishing the chronology of creation, authorship, and transmission.
The email reproduced above is one component of a substantially larger project archive maintained by Viral Solutions during its engagement with MSCG Corp.
Personal contact information has been redacted solely to protect privacy. The original unredacted records, together with the complete project history, source materials, invoices, correspondence, and supporting documentation, have been retained as part of the agency’s business records.
Viral Solutions invoiced MSCG Corp. for the professional branding, marketing, and creative services performed during this engagement. Those services remain part of the broader dispute regarding unpaid agency work.
The purpose of this publication is to preserve an accurate historical record of the work performed and to document the chronology of original creative assets developed during Viral Solutions’ engagement with Michigan Secure Capital Group.
At the time of publication, Viral Solutions has not sought to commercially exploit, register, or exclusively enforce this particular Xyle Coin concept. The purpose of this publication is to preserve the documented history of the design, establish its chronology of creation, and record its authorship as part of the creative work performed during Viral Solutions’ engagement with Michigan Secure Capital Group (MSCG Corp.).
Nothing in this publication should be interpreted as relinquishing or transferring any intellectual property rights that may exist. Rather, this publication serves as a historical record documenting the origin and development of the design.
